Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
The short version
- StrapCal puts your WHOOP data on your calendar. It's independent from WHOOP and not medical advice.
- The trial is free, needs no card, and never charges you by itself.
- Your data stays yours. Delete your account whenever you like.
- Keep your calendar link private, and use StrapCal fairly.
01About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and StrapCal (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use StrapCal.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data and is part of these terms.
02What StrapCal does
StrapCal reads the WHOOP data you approve (sleep, recovery, workouts and daily cycles) and turns it into a calendar you can subscribe to in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook or any app that supports calendar links.
StrapCal is an independent product. It is not made, affiliated with, endorsed or supported by WHOOP, Inc. WHOOP is a trademark of WHOOP, Inc. You need your own WHOOP membership to use StrapCal.
03Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Use your own email address and keep it up to date. Sign-in codes go there.
- An account is for one person. Only connect a WHOOP account that is yours.
- Keep your private calendar link to yourself. Anyone with the link can see your events. If it leaks, write to us and we'll give you a new one.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
04Free trial and price
Every account starts with a free 14-day trial. We don't ask for a card, and the trial never turns into a paid plan by itself.
StrapCal is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price by email before anything changes. You only pay if you choose a plan. If you don't, your calendar stops updating at the end of your trial or free period; your settings are kept so you can switch it back on later, or you can delete your account.
05Fair use
Please don't:
- access someone else's account or WHOOP data
- try to break, overload or get around the security of StrapCal (including rate limits)
- scrape, copy or resell StrapCal, or use it to build a competing service
- use StrapCal for anything illegal
If you do, we may suspend or close your account. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first.
06Your data
Your data stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run StrapCal for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect WHOOP and delete your account and data at any time from your dashboard.
07Not medical advice
StrapCal shows your WHOOP data on a calendar. It is not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Don't make health decisions based on it. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
08How reliable it is
We work hard to keep StrapCal running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, complete or error-free. In particular:
- StrapCal depends on WHOOP's API. If WHOOP changes, limits or ends access, parts of StrapCal may stop working.
- Calendar apps decide how often they refresh. Google Calendar, for example, can take 12 to 24 hours to show new events.
- We may change, improve or remove features over time.
09Ending your account
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the dashboard. We revoke our WHOOP access and delete your data, as the Privacy Policy describes.
We may close accounts that break these terms. If we ever shut StrapCal down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and refund any unused paid time.
10Our responsibility
StrapCal is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost time, missed plans or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights that consumer law in your country gives you.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then. Continuing to use StrapCal after that means you accept the new terms.
12Law and disputes
If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@strapcal.com first. Most things can be sorted out quickly.
